Forum Theater is an interactive theater method in which workers performance real scenes of their worksites in order to describe specific aspects related with hazards. It is used as a method of adult learning using theater to explore and understand behaviors. The final result is a representation of the real scenes that workers live in their job sites*.
Steps to conduct a Forum Theater activity

Select a story that participants have heard or write a story “back-up story”

Ask for the volunteers to play the roles and use brainstorm about other possible roles in the story
