Intervention Team

Worksite intervention activities are managed by an Intervention Team of university researchers, safety specialists, contractors, construction workers, and the union. The Intervention Team is responsible for developing and testing the project's on-site construction safety program, Leaders in Safe Construction (LISC).

Intervention team meetings are conducted twice a month. The intervention team includes representatives of:

• University of Massachusetts Lowell
• Union Laborers 175, and
• Lawrence Community Connections
